How The Working Together Community Functions
What is this site about?
Relationships and Community are the basic foundation of marketing with social networking sites. This happens on multiple levels. We all know that we must establish rapport as we collect "friends" and build relationships and community in our niche.
On the higher level we must do the same. We need to have an inner circle of partners (real friends) with whom we collaborate regularly for growing our business and promoting our products.
Some of these partners in our inner circle have lots of "friends" and few products/services to offer them. Others have products/services, but not very many "friends." And, there are some with "friends" and products/services.
This site is the place to meet and develop relationships with partners to serve our niches.
Some of us will develop a group that is relatively permanent. We will find a set of partners who match our niche and ourselves. We will find that working together will grow each of our experience, business and income.
Others will move from group to group. This will be because of the variety of the niches in which we work, or possibly by the nature of our need for variety in relationships. Please recognize that someone who has moved from one group to another as a resource with additional experience to bring into your group.
In this site, the focus will be on Groups.
One Group which everyone will join is the Site Mastermind. This is where we discuss strategies and tactics for working in these partnerships and where we discuss overall site issues.
You are encouraged to explore the profiles of other members here. When two or more of you have decided you want to work together, form a group and name it something that represents the niche in which you will be working in partnership.

Here on Ning, you can only broadcast messages to those who are your friends or to the members of a site you administer.
In the case of a "friend" who is blasting you, you can remove them as a friend and this stops them from being able to do that to you.
In the case of a group administrator blasting you, you can leave that group.
