Stress is a stalker that we don't see

Do you often feel tired and stressed out? You're not alone. Unrelieved stress contributes to low oxygen. The less oxygen that exists in our cells, the worse our health becomes and the body is more prone to disease. It can affect so many different parts of our bodies.

Stress affects our muscles and tissues to our blood vessels and organs and speeds up our heart rate and respiration. It raises blood pressure and body temperature. Stress can interfere with metabolism, appetite, digestion, sexualit… Continue

Releasing traumatic emotions energetically

Everyone at one time or another in their lifetime has had an event or situation that would be considered as traumatic. It could also be a series of stressful or traumatic events. It can be a series of events, abuse, fear produced by a critical and unsupportive parent or anything that produces a feeling of helplessness. These experiences can be overwhelming and dealing with emotions can be difficult. Although the event has ended, the memories may last for months or years to come.

Thanks Roger for the comment about my blog. To answer your questions. Anytime a person has experienced trauma, it can affect their performance in all aspects of their lives. A person may not know why they may feel anxioius or fearful about a situation or person. They may feel uncomfortable in joining groups or being involved with large groups of people or even with certain relationships. Any similar experience of that trauma triggers the original anxiety and fears. It can definetly affect a person's performance in networking and the way their life is unfolding. I also work with people energetically doing distant sessions.

Sue:

You can use html to make your links 'live' in your profile page, posts, and comments.

I have created a group "Tips & Tricks" for sharing techniques for improving our communications with each other. I have just posted an article about that html.

Please and find out how.

Great to see you here. Welcome Aboard!

Please make sure you have read all of the Notes on the main page. Then join the Site Mastermind Group. All of our site work will be based in discussions there.

There are others interested in gardens here, and there are others interested in various aspects of health.

I suggest you start a group based on gardens and another based in health/healing.
